FRIGHT NIGHTS - BLOODY CELEBRATIONS

Director: Johanna Löwenborg

It starts with a group of friends celebrating Halloween together. They have decided to play Ouija board/ spirit in the glass together. The evening starts off with jokes and drinks until they actually get in contact with a "spirit" turning out to be the Satan himself. The Devil possesses one of the friends and starts an unstoppable blood bath.

The piece was original written by Alison Lewis Gilbreath. I adapted and re-directed for Camden Fringe Festival. Bloody Celebrations are currently in pre-production to be turned into a short film.

FROM RUSSIA WITH LAUGH - THE FISH

Anton Chekhov Adaptations

Director: Johanna Löwenborg

The Fish - Is a heartwarming, clever and hysterically funny comedy piece.

On a hot summer day two carpenters, Gerasim, "a tall gaunt peasant" and Lubim, a carpenter, "a young hunchback with a triangular face" sit in the shadow by the water under a willow tree, beside the unfinished bathing shed they were supposed to be working on. When they  suddenly catch a glimpse of an eel, put in the water. They decided to catch it, a task with proved itself not as easy as they might have thought.

The Fish - A short story adoptions by one of my favorite authors and play writers Anton Chekhov. It was selected to be part of "From Russia With Laugh", a comedy triple bill show performed in Camden Fringe Festival 2016, London.
